The site clearance and site investigation (S.I) begun in March 2020 and the site works element of the investigation have now been completed. The Laboratory tests from the site works are currently underway and the full report of the findings are expected to be finalised by May 2021. The report will inform the designers of any potential ground risks which will affect the design or land acquisition.
Louth County Council have begun to again engage with the affected Landowners regarding the proposed Greenway.
